A deal closes and the typing starts: buyer and seller names copied from ID cards, the property description copied from the title document, the price and deposit from the listing sheet and the agreed terms. The same details go into the lease or purchase agreement, the deposit receipt and the commission paperwork, one copy-paste at a time.

The templates never change. The people and the property do. And copying is exactly where errors slip in: a transposed digit in a parcel number, a name spelled two ways in the same contract, last month's price left in from the previous deal. Agents end up doing data entry in the evening instead of showing properties, and every document still needs a second read before anyone signs.

How it works in an agency

• Upload your template. The lease or purchase agreement your agency already uses, in .doc or .docx. Run Done opens it without changing how it looks.
• Add the materials. Phone photos of both parties' IDs, scans or PDFs of the title document, the listing sheet, or pasted text with the agreed terms.
• The details are entered for you. Parties, property description, price, deposit and dates land in the right places. Anything that cannot be found in the materials stays empty rather than guessed.
• Review and download. Confirm or correct each value, then download the finished Word file. You can also work inside Word itself with the Word add-in, which fills the document that is already open in front of you. The AppSource listing is in submission.
