Agencies and brokers
Declarations, contracts, and client forms that follow the same layout every time. Stop retyping the same boilerplate from incoming files.
Document automation
You produce the same documents over and over: the same declaration, the same contract, the same report. Run Done learns one of them from a single file. After that, each new copy is a one-click run: drop in the inputs, let AI fill the fields, download a finished Word file. Your layout stays exact.
How it works
The hard part is teaching the template, and you do that one time with one file. Every job after that is the same four steps.
Pick one you already produce regularly and upload it. That is the whole setup.
It reads the document and works out which parts change from one copy to the next. Setup is done. The next two steps are what you repeat.
For every new job, drop in that client’s inputs: images, documents, or text. The AI reads them and fills out a fresh copy for you.
Look it over, fix anything you want, and download the filled-out document. Repeat for the next client.
You already know how the document should look. Run Done just stops you from typing it again.
In the wild
The same job, the same forms, every day. Here is what changed once they ran it through Run Done.
We were retyping the same purchase agreements forty times a week. Now it is upload, check, download. It gave my team back most of a day.

The output is the part that sold me. The documents come out exactly like ours, down to the letterhead. Nothing to reformat, nothing to fix.
Danielle Hayes

I take a photo of the intake form on my phone and it fills the report. I did not believe it the first time. Now the whole front desk uses it.

It never makes anything up. If a field is missing it leaves it blank and lets me fill it. That trust is why we rolled it out company wide.

Who it is for
If the wording is fixed and only the details change, the work is repeatable. If it is repeatable, Run Done can run it.
Declarations, contracts, and client forms that follow the same layout every time. Stop retyping the same boilerplate from incoming files.
The standard report, the intake form, the certificate. Turn the document you fill twenty times a week into a one-click run.
Repeatable paperwork where the wording is fixed and only the details change. The layout stays exact, which is the part that matters.

Word .docx files. We chose this on purpose: a .docx carries its own formatting, so we can fill it without ever redrawing it. That is what keeps the output byte-exact.
PDFs, Word files, plain text, and images. Photos and scanned forms go through vision, which reads them and stores a verbatim transcript. You can also just paste an email or a message.
No. It is told to copy values verbatim from your inputs and to leave a field blank if it cannot find one. You fill the rest by hand. Nothing ships until you say so.
Yes. Run Done locates the changing values in the document and swaps them in place. Fonts, headers, images, and spacing are preserved exactly. The AI never touches the layout.
Yes. Non-English and non-Latin text are first-class, including Cyrillic and other scripts. The document reads and fills the same way it would in English.
