What file types can I use as a template?
Word .docx files. We chose this on purpose: a .docx carries its own formatting, so we can fill it without ever redrawing it. That is what keeps the output byte-exact.
What can the AI read as input?
PDFs, Word files, plain text, and images. Photos and scanned forms go through vision, which reads them and stores a verbatim transcript. You can also just paste an email or a message.
Will the AI make up values?
No. It is told to copy values verbatim from your inputs and to leave a field blank if it cannot find one. You fill the rest by hand. Nothing ships until you say so.
Does my formatting survive?
Yes. Run Done locates the changing values in the document and swaps them in place. Fonts, headers, images, and spacing are preserved exactly. The AI never touches the layout.
Does it handle non-English documents?
Yes. Non-English and non-Latin text are first-class, including Cyrillic and other scripts. The document reads and fills the same way it would in English.
