What kinds of documents can I fill?
Word documents in .doc and .docx format. We work with this format because it keeps your existing formatting. The document is filled in place, not rebuilt, so the look stays the same.
A document you produce often can be saved and filled next time with one click.
Does Run Done decide anything for me?
No. Run Done takes values from the materials you supply and enters them in the right place in your document. It does not interpret and it does not change your wording.
You review and approve every finished document before you download it.
Can it enter a wrong or invented value?
Run Done does not invent data and does not fill by its own judgement. It takes values from the materials you supplied. If a value cannot be found, the field stays empty.

Does my formatting survive?
Yes. Run Done finds the places that change and fills them directly in the document. Fonts, headers, stamps, spacing and layout stay exactly as you set them. The look is not touched.
Where is my clients’ data stored?
Data is stored on protected servers in the European Union, with encrypted communication and access limited to your office.
Processing complies with GDPR. For your clients’ personal data we also sign a separate data processing agreement, in which Run Done is the processor and you remain the controller.
Nothing is shared with third parties and nothing is used for any other purpose.
Who is liable if there is an error in a document?
The engagement is governed by a written contract that defines confidentiality, obligations and liability on both sides.
Because you review and approve every document before download, control over the final document stays with you.
Who is behind rundone.ai?
Run Done is built by PROBIS-KONSALT DOOEL, a registered company in North Macedonia, in the European market and with data hosted in the EU. It is the same team that builds popolni.mk, the product’s Macedonian-market sibling used daily by notary and law offices.
You write directly to the people who make the product, and you get an answer from them.
Does it work with non-English documents?
Yes. Non-English and non-Latin text are fully supported, including Cyrillic and other scripts. A document in another language reads and fills the same way as one in English.
