Auto-fill a purchase agreement in Word

Keep the purchase agreement template your office already uses. Upload it with the materials you have, and the details are entered for you, with the formatting untouched.

What a purchase agreement involves

A purchase agreement records a sale: who sells, who buys, what exactly changes hands and for how much. Law offices, notaries and agencies reuse the same house template for years; only the parties, the object of the sale and the price change between copies.

The changing values are scattered across several papers: two ID documents, an ownership certificate, a bank detail, an email with the agreed price. Collecting them into the template by hand is slow and easy to get wrong.

The data that gets filled in

  • Seller: full name, address, ID number
  • Buyer: full name, address, ID number
  • Description of the item or property sold
  • Purchase price and payment terms
  • Date and place of signing

The values usually arrive in:

  • Photos or scans of both parties' IDs
  • The ownership certificate or title document
  • The email or note with the agreed price and terms

How to fill a purchase agreement with Run Done

  • Upload your purchase agreement template. The Word document your office already uses, opened without changing how it looks.
  • Add the materials. Photos, scans, PDFs or text with the details in them.
  • The data is entered for you. Each value lands in the right place; fonts, headers and layout stay unchanged. Anything that cannot be found stays empty rather than guessed.
  • Review and download. Confirm or correct every value, then download the finished Word file. Save the document to fill the next one with one click, or do it inside Word itself with the Word add-in.
Run Done fills your existing document; it does not draft or interpret legal content, and nothing is final until you approve it.

Common questions

The price appears in three places in our template. Is it entered consistently?

Yes. A value that repeats in the document is filled the same way in every place it appears, taken from your materials exactly as written.

What if the ownership certificate is a photo taken at the counter?

Phone photos are read directly. If a value on the photo cannot be read with confidence, the field stays empty and you fill it during review.
