Auto-fill a GDPR consent form in Word

Keep the consent form template your office already uses. Upload it with the materials you have, and the details are entered for you, with the formatting untouched.

What a consent form involves

A consent form records a person's agreement to a specific processing of their personal data: a photo release, a marketing list, a medical record, a background check. Organizations issue the same approved form to every person, filled with that person's details.

The consent wording is reviewed once by whoever is responsible for data protection and then must stay stable. Only the data subject's identity and the specifics of the processing instance change per copy.

The data that gets filled in

  • Data subject: full name, address, date of birth or ID number
  • The specific processing consented to
  • The controller's name as your form states it
  • Date and place of signing

The values usually arrive in:

  • A photo or scan of the person's ID
  • The registration form or email with the person's details

How to fill a consent form with Run Done

  • Upload your consent form template. The Word document your office already uses, opened without changing how it looks.
  • Add the materials. Photos, scans, PDFs or text with the details in them.
  • The data is entered for you. Each value lands in the right place; fonts, headers and layout stay unchanged. Anything that cannot be found stays empty rather than guessed.
  • Review and download. Confirm or correct every value, then download the finished Word file. Save the document to fill the next one with one click, or do it inside Word itself with the Word add-in.
Run Done fills your existing document; it does not draft or interpret legal content, and nothing is final until you approve it.

Common questions

Our consent wording was approved by our DPO. Is it kept intact?

Yes. The form's text is never rewritten, shortened or interpreted. Only the fields your template leaves open are filled, and you review each value.

Does using this make my consent form GDPR compliant?

No. It fills your form; it does not assess it. Whether the wording meets GDPR requirements is a question for your legal advisor, exactly as before.
